North Huntingdon Townhomes - What to Expect

As you walk in, each unit has a sitting room in the front. Off the front sitting room is a galley style kitchen which is fully equipped with a stove with range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The Dining room is in the back of the unit alongside the living area.

Outside the living area is the new updated patio with privacy fencing between each townhouse. Grills allowed at tenants responsibility.

All units are electric and have central AC. Each unit has cable installed. Internet and cable TV is at tenants responsibility. Satellite/Dish TV is not permitted.
